PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
As Licensed Builders and Supervisors with 80+ years combined experience in all construction fields we can provide a whollistic service to your project from start to finish. PROJECT FINANCE
HC&M can provide financing solutions to your development project via our friends and associates and other industry experts who specialise in construction and development finance. Part of our services includes a project evaluation & and feasibility analysis, as well as site inspections and liaison with the quantity surveyor appraisal process. All applications will be subject to the usual finance conditions. Contact us to consider the options and commence the funding process - the sooner the better!

CARPENTRY - WE HAVE THE "A" TEAM!
With a mix of junior and senior guys in the crew there's not much we can't do - or indeed haven't done! All of our guys have a carpentry trade background, and every one of them is a genuine all-rounder in the construction industry. ASBESTOS REMOVAL & MANAGEMENT
We are fully qualified as Asbestos Workers, Contractors and Supervisors, and are licensed by WorkCover for Bonded Asbestos removal. If your project includes exposure to an asbestos environment or has a requirement to remove the hazardous material from site, the HC&M crew can handle it in-house.

This is a photo of part of the Thredbo Lodges project which we were involved in a couple of years ago. For this job HC&M provided a carpentry crew of 8 experienced guys who completed wall framing and roof construction works which included full cut & pitch of exposed feature hardwood in great architectural detail.
