Many of our team are family members who run their own separate businesses and projects, but who all collaborate on HardenFast C&M projects when and as required. Some of the active crew are:
WAYNE WHEELER
Licensed Builder, Supervisor and Team Leader with 35+ years
experience in all construction fields - Domestic, Commercial,
Civil and Project Management. Wayne has built some very
impressive homes over the years, and more recently has personally
project-managed many commercial construction sites for 42
apartments and 16 dwelling developments with extensive civil
works etc etc.
Office Manager and Human Resources controller. Lorraine is in charge of day to day office operations and accounts. If you want to keep your job with us or if you want your invoice paid promptly it's advisable to be very nice to Lorraine.
DANE
Carpenter Apprentice, Fencer, Landscaper and world traveller extraordinaire. Dane has worked extensively on construction sites in Canada and England and has finally come back to Australia to formalise and extend his qualifications.
KRIS
Licensed Builder and Team Leader, Supervisor and Scaffolder
with 30+ years experience in all construction fields - domestic,
commercial, civil and project management. Kris has also built
some very impressive homes over the years, and has a portfolio of
completed projects under his own company and builder's
license (KW Constructions).
CRAIG
Carpenter, Landscaper and Lager Master with 30+ years experience
as a genuine "all-rounder" in the construction
industry.
Licensed Carpenter and Outstanding Team Leader, Door Hanging Specialist and construction all-rounder.
TORRIN
Licensed Carpenter and Team Leader, CEO of "TOZ BUILT", Scaffolder and construction all-rounder.
HARRY
Licensed Plasterer, Scaffolder and construction all-rounder.
SCOTT
Licensed Carpenter, previously Licensed Builder, Certified OH&S coordinator and construction all-rounder.
GEOFF (Jethro)
Licensed Builder, Carpenter and construction all-rounder. There's not much Geoff hasn't done in the construction industry. He's recently updated & formalised his qualifications and is ready to take on the world.
