The "Ocean Breeze" apartments - The Entrance
A stylish 11 apartment development with underground parking in Ocean Parade at The Entrance on the beautiful NSW Central Coast. This project ran into difficulties when the builder and developer suffered financial difficulties well before the project was finished - It happens! With position position position adjacent to the magnificent Pacific Ocean coastline, and a nice mix of stylish 3 bedroom units and 2 penthouses to offer, it was imperative to get these apartments onto the market as quickly as possible.
To complicate matters, the property was extensively vandalised whilst in an incomplete state, with graffiti and water damage being inflicted upon most of the units and with many of the appliances and fixtures being stolen from the units.
The HC&M crew was called in to provide some impetus to the completion process. We were able to finalise the outstanding Scope of Works as well deal with the insurance company in reinstating damaged finishes. We also liaised with the managing sales agents during their "open house" schedules and provided finishing touches to the purchasers' satisfaction in each unit as they were settled.
